Staff is kind and knowledgable. Currently we only need it for single-sided printing and so we didn't require their servicing, but I'm glad they were kind enough to fix our single side printing free of charge. Will definitely come back again when our printer breaks down for good lol

Time, effort, materials were exhausted but the staff kindly told me it is free as it’s just a simple check.
