I went today as my printer was not working .. the diagnosis done due diligently and told there is no spare parts and it is old model .. confirmed that printer don’t have problem it’s only the scanner and helped to clean the nostrils and did not charge anything .. the work is very clean and transparent .. Was kind enough to pack the printer as well and advised how to take it carefully with out tilting .. Would highly recommend for all your printing needs …

They informed... read more upfront no charges imposed if they are unable to repair…unfortunately my Epson L14150 had a broken printhead and thus they are unable to repair or service it even though they had spent time working on it. I would highly recommend anyone who have issues with your printer to look for them. Thank you guys for the wonderful & professional service. A big thankful shoutout to SingInk for assisting with my printer issue. I brought my printer down for servicing due to black ink not appearing issue and within a few... read more mins, the staff (sorry I didn’t managed to take his name) managed to resolve it with a simple cleaning and testing. Time, effort, materials were exhausted but the staff kindly told me it is free as it’s just a simple check. To me, this shows how professional and trustworthy they are, and even though I wasn’t full-fledged a customer, I am very sure I will come back to them in future for any printer issue.
