Brought the printer down for servicing, but turned out to be a rather minor issue and was fixed by SingInk free of charge.... read more I was also not subjected to any hard selling and the staff was very honest and told us it's up to us whether we want to fix it fully (our printer would require parts replacement to print double-sided). Staff is kind and knowledgable. Currently we only need it for single-sided printing and so we didn't require their servicing, but I'm glad they were kind enough to fix our single side printing free of charge. Will definitely come back again when our printer breaks down for good lol
