- Open the printer cover.
- Press and hold the “*” key for 5 seconds.
- The printer screen will show the “Reset Menu”
- Select the cartridge that you would like to reset:
- K = Black
- C = Cyan
- M = Magenta
- Y = Yellow
- STD = Standard Capacity Cartridge
- HC = High Capacity Cartridge
- SHC = Super High Capacity Cartridge
- Select “Yes” to confirm the reset.
- Close the printer cover.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes for the printer to be programmed.
- Your printer is ready!
